Announcement: Attribution Reporting API Simulation Library Release

Hi API Testers,

We have released an Attribution Reporting API Simulation library on the public gitHub.

The simulation library helps you prepare your system for adopting the Attribution Reporting API for Chrome and Android and examine its impact on your historical data.

We have also added an Explainer doc to explain it in detail and README to help you get started.
