New guide: Strategies and practical tips for summary reports

We've published a new guide to help you experiment with the Attribution Reporting API:

Strategies and tips for summary reports. 

It outlines how to evaluate and adopt various approaches to handle signal-to-noise ratios and how to set aggregation keys and values. It also includes an implementation example for aggregatable/summary reports.
