WEBVIEW NOT WORKING

My TV has prompted me to email you for help because my TV does not have a valid webview provider installed

If you click on the message, what does it say? It should redirect you to the WebView settings to give a more specific error message.

One common reason is if you have multiple accounts on the device. Sometimes even if you only have one account, the device still has special features which use multiple accounts under the hood. https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+/HEAD/android_webview/docs/prerelease.md#multiple-profiles may have some guidance for you.
