can't switch webview

Hello. I downloaded the webview beta from the Google Play store, but I am unable to switch to this application. And this webview has been disabled. Below is a screenshot of me. Looking forward to your reply, thank you.

What is the multiapp feature? This message is saying that you need to add the Android WebView Dev package to be installed for the multiapp feature. WebView must be installed for all profiles (in this case, multiapp counts as a profile) in order to be a valid WebView selection.
