Access to chromium-partner-buckets

Hello,
Would it be possible to get access to chromium-partner-buckets Google
Storage? I would need to access web page replay recordings in order to
do Skia development. The recordings would be of key_mobile_sites and
top_25_sites.

I've listed my access problem in a Skia issue here:
