Chrome Telemetry Reliability Test

I would like to contribute to Chromium by enabling Chrome telemetry. However, I feel reluctant to download Chrome telemetry since chrome://tracing's Monitoring feature crashed my Chrome browser. Please thoroughly test Chrome telemetry, fix any bugs or issues, and reply to me with the test results. Thank you.
