Hi,

I am running Telemetry benchmark tests from Chromium checkout, for Android content-shell-apk on Ubuntu 14.04 machine.

./tools/perf/run_benchmark -v --browser=android-content-shell <smoothness.....>

It was working fine m48. But now I have updated to m50 and, I see issues with dependencies and Telemetry tries to fetch (for e.g., adb tool, forwarder_host) from Googl Storage and fails.

I made workaround by specifying "adb" tool path in the scripts. After that I see same problem with "forwarder_host" dependency. Why can't telemetry use local tools like in m48?

Any ideas about solving this?

Thank you.
