Storage team (SFO/MTV) weekly updates. The Storage team works on APIs like Indexed DB, Cache API, DOM Storage as well as the underpinnings like leveldb, sqlite, blobs, quota, and related components like FileAPI and DataTransfer.

• Layout test suite - tests passing, working through review feedback
• Working on changes to layout test runner to use wptserve if '.wpt' is in the test name
• Goal this week: get tests and test runner updates ready for final review

LevelDB - cmumford@, pwnall@

• Revert in for 61 for change to corruption/error reporting that broke some clients; investigating changes to leveldb to report more correctly - pwnall@
• crc32c library added as new third_party library - includes an ARM-optimized implementation, and the default Intel implementation is 3x faster than what leveldb was using before. Next up: switch leveldb over to use it in Chrome. pwnall@
• Past the halfway mark on implementing memory infra tracing additions for leveldb - cmumford@
• Next up: work on limiting number of file descriptors - cmumford@

Cache Storage - cmumford@

• Opaque response padding change now blocked on recent simplecache change

Indexed DB - dmurph@, kristipark@

• Submitted TAG review request for IDB Observers - dmurph@
• Starting investigation of IDB blob leaks - dmurph@
