Código equivocado?

Quise hacer unos cambios un el codigo de analitics, y al no tener resultado lo regrese pegando, pero como lo puse en dos partes algún error de sintaxis lo indica el error-log como no se de php no se si le falta algo o le sobra me ayudan.
