Error initializing NSS with a persistent database

Hello,

I got this error when running the quic server:

[0520/143258:ERROR:nss_util.cc(744)] Error initializing NSS with a persistent database (sql:/home/xxx/.pki/nssdb): NSS error code: -8015

The folder /home/xxx/.pki/nssdb does exist. What could be the problem?

Wow, I have no idea. Any chance there is a permissions problem?
