I pray you receive this message in good health. My name is Elizabeth Kubala from Abidjan. I contact you because I need your help to represent as my guardian so that my dad deposit of $2,800,000.00 can be released to me in your country. I have ask bank to grant me access to the deposit and bank told me to provide a guardian before they can release the deposit to me so I need your help. My plan is to come over to your country to continue my education there after bank has release the deposit because I want to study medicine.
