So the new Ozone Linux bot has not remained green for a long time, as it
seems it was broken in https://codereview.chromium.org/2480373002:

There was a follow-up CL https://codereview.chromium.org/2492223002/ and
I just uploaded https://codereview.chromium.org/2500863002

So to continue the discussion on the "buildbots for Ozone" thread, I
wonder whether we should consider integrating a
linux_chromium_ozone_rel_ng to the CQ and the main waterfall asap so
that we avoid future regressions. What do you think? What are the
conditions and procedures to reach that step?
