missing i2C library with TPMTakeOwnership test

I have recently rerun build_packages and emerg autotest auto-tests. I'm getting the following error on a new test, TPMTakeOwnership.  This test was recently added to faft_bios. I noticed that this is a client/ test and not a server/ test as the other bios based tests. The test is It is missing /usr/local/lib/libsmogcheck.so.0. I don't have a /usr/local/lib. 

Has anyone else run into this?
