cros_mirror issue : fatal: Cannot update paths and switch to branch

Dear all,

cros_mirror all of a sudden fails on an existing and fresh repo with: 

From ../chromiumos/manifest

   70c0651..0a3ca4d  master     -> origin/master

 * [new branch]      factory-gale-8743.19.B -> origin/factory-gale-8743.19.B

 * [new branch]      firmware-gru-8785.B -> origin/firmware-gru-8785.B

 * [new branch]      infra/config -> origin/infra/config

 * [new branch]      stabilize-8530.80.B -> origin/stabilize-8530.80.B

From ../chromiumos/manifest.git

info: rewriting manifest branches to git://xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

fatal: Cannot update paths and switch to branch 'config' at the same time.

Did you intend to checkout 'origin/config' which can not be resolved as commit?

This can be reproduced by creating a fresh local repo from this documentation.

I can confirm that everything is running fine again. Note: I had to run cros_mirror twice to get rid of all error messages.
