issue with quantity of speech API

the speech API has limit 50 requests per day.
when trying to request more . - the text YOU need more permissions is displayed.

how can i solve this problem and get possibility to ask more requests ???

You cannot, the API is for development purpose only and is limited.

This has been answered countless times in the various Chromium groups, so try and search the web next time. :)
