Chrome Web Speech API Terms of Service (TOS)?

Hi,

I'm having simmilar questions:

1. Is it still available for new projects?
   
2. How long will this still be free?
3. Is there a limit/quota on using it?
   
4. Do I violate Google terms of service (TOS) if I use it for reselling? (Similar but different to https://lilyspeech.com/ , https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/voicein-voice-typing/pjnefijmagpdjfhhkpljicbbpicelgko , https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/speechnotesx-voice-typing/oibmlbjklbogiccfokpgddgoleeiilid and others)
5. Do I violate Google TOS if I make it available outside of Chrome for a mass market product?
6. What are the core diffrences in comparison to the Cloud Speech API

(I am not a Googler, this is my understanding)

1. What is? The API is supported in Chrome and currently, no deprecation was announced.

2. No announcement was made regarding making it non-free.

3. I think there is a quota/limitations solely to prevent abuse (and they may not be revealed).

4. No idea, but probably not because it is an open web API.

5. Yes (if you make it available by using the API URLs themselves from a non-Chrome product. Android applications are special, though, because I believe Android exposes this API, which is off topic).

6. No idea.
