Account suspended, would like to reactivate, no email?

Hi,

I went to publish a small web app for me and some of my peers to use, however I found my account was suspended.  I have no idea why, and never received an email.  Why was this and how can I get it reinstated?

Same issue, no details, no explication in the email.

Just suspended and nothing.
