Extension Status "Pending Review"

Hi All,

I submitted my extension "pdfobcglelejiaadlfacnchmnapoonin" which currently shows as "Pending Reivew". My all other extensions were not passed to this check. Suddenly it started reviewing. Please let me know how to escape from this?

I read somewhere that Google will start to review new extension because of the recent phishing attack using google docs.
