Hi,
How to handle the chrome browser volume system.
(chrome volume decrease and increase from the chrome browser).

There is no Chrome extension API for that, you might be able to create an NPAPI (C++, native code) plugin to do that, but it is really not recommended (and not cross platform and will not run on Chrome OS).
