Hi

We have an app (ID: kfmjalehicecdnobhpdfcgciliignmlj), which is fully functional and have been testing it for 2 months and building for 4. Here is a YouTube video describing the app. Can't understand why it's being rejected? Tried emailing chromewebstor...@google.com but there is no response. This app is genuine and designed to offer users ease of research.

Any help will be much appreciated!

Our App Description

GL Chrome Extension is the easiest way to save Google Search Results to Excel.

The average time it takes for researchers to record Google.com data from the first 3-5 pages and improve the query is between 20 - 35 minutes. In some cases, this can take up to 1 hour. GL.Research Chrome Extension completely eliminates this arduous task and provides information within seconds.

✓ Collect Contact Details: Alongside the website links, we also provide you with the email addresses and social media links of individuals and companies associated with the URLs you have collected.

✓ Collect More: The tool provides you with a complete excel sheet which provides a fully comprehensive list of information including domain metadata title, search engine descriptions/titles, and the domain name within the excel sheet.

✓ Save Time: All the results from the search engine are added directly to the .CSV file.

Hi Raj,

How are you retrieving the data to export to CSV? Google doesn't permit their search results to be crawled, for example. Also, don't use "Chrome" (a Google trademark) in your extension name.

Hi Brian,

You are a genius and a life saviour! The moment I changed our extension from "GL Chrome Extension" to "GL.Research Extension" the status changed to Pending Review. Much more hopeful now, that we don't have rejected printed next to our extension.

Cheers,
Raj
