Context Menu in chrome extensions

I have a chrome extension, which implements context menus.

These context menus work properly in some pcs and do not in some.

I am developing it using AngularJS 1.x, webpack and ES6

there is no error shown.

any help regarding how to go about fixing this is appreciated.
