"Chrome Web Store Help" can't submit issue

Hi,

My extension recently encountered the issue same as this thread:

After couple of tries, I'd like to submit the Help form https://support.google.com/chrome_webstore/contact/developer_support for some clarification.

But no matter what I do, I'm always getting the message

There were problems sending your form. Please try again.

Is there anyone encountering the same issue?
