How do I refresh Accesible DOM Tree programmatically ?

The fact is that Chrome does not refresh the accessible DOM Tree after the user scrolls the web page. 

There are ways to refresh it manually : 
 - Set the zoom to 90% and set it back to 100% 
 - Set global accessibility to off (via chrome://accessibility) then set it back to on. 

But, how can I do it automatically ? 
Is there any setting which enable it or any command line argument or API call ?
