"Chrome can not display the border of table"

Does anybody know why Chrome can not display the border of table while
IE or Firefox can?
With the link as below is an example:

Probably because they define the border width as .5pt (0.5pt).
Half a point in CSS equals to 0.67 pixels (approximately).
Since a screen cannot show less than a pixel, less than a pixel equals no pixel - 0px, which essentially equals to no border.

Please, keep the list as a CC recipient so others could benefit.

Find and replace ":.5pt" with ":1px" in http://tueba.edu.vn/lichtuan/lichtuan_files/sheet001.htm and in http://tueba.edu.vn/lichtuan/lichtuan_files/stylesheet.css. That should fix it.
