disable setting button in chromium

i have deployed chromium using this link (https://www.chromium.org/developers/how-tos/get-the-code),is running properly.Is there anyway to disable Settings button on the top left so that end user cannot access the settings. thank you.

There are multiple ways to access settings, so disabling the buttons will probably not be enough.

Anyway, the link shows how to get the code, not how to "deploy" (whatever that means in this context). If you are building your own customized version of Chromium, you will have to change this in the C++ code.

You can use cs.chromium.org for quickly searching the entire code base, along with cross references.
