Whitelist of doze not work for chrome(chrome52 chrome53),
when download a video from website(" djpunjab.video/video/11031/do-you-know-diljit-dosanjh.html "), then enter the doze mode, the task of download will be killed due to the socket will not receive anymore data.
But if we add the chrome to whitelist of doze the issue still can be reproduced. while it's normal in chromium54.

Anybody can help me? i cann't file bug to AOSP or chromium, it seems some neterror occurs.
