hi, have to bring this issue up again.

I am using vs .net 2015 with update 3 version # 14.0.25425.01 with .net 4.6.01055

and my chrome version is:

somehow just since yesterday, I am seeing this issue:

expected browser instance failed to launched up.

can someone throw some light here ?
