Chrome Auto Update from version 53.0.2785.143 to 54.0.2840.59

Hi

Hoping someone can highlight if there is a bug / issue in Chromeupdater.exe or related scheduler having problems in updating Google Chrome from Version  53.0.2785.143 to 54.0.2840.59.

(Updater works fine in updating from Version 52 to 53 when the scheduled task is run).

I am noticing that Google Chrome is not upgrading to above version though task scheduler is in with default triggers etc. The only way the update is working is by manually going to Settings and the about section where downloads commences.

Is anyone seeing the same ?

The update process has always been gradual. It could take about two weeks until all of the machines are updated. The decision per machine is random, I believe.
