Chrome Driver Issue. Pops a console

When I have converted my file and start my selenium script a cmd pops up that says: "Devtools Listening....". I'd really appreciate if anyone can help me

I am not sure what "converted my file" means in this context. Elaborate and attach some screenshots and it might be clearer. Also, sharing some code would further help.
