Attempts to undermine strong crypto in Chromium?

Is anyone in Chromium team controlling issues related to security? Tickets to improve cipher suites in Chromium seems to be blocked:
https://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=505278 (can't connect to securely configured server, 4x100 in Qualys test)
and, even worse, security level gets worse with each release:
https://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=442572 (plan to disable AES-256 completely)
https://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=477623 (removal of non-NSA curve)
Is anyone able to stop that from happening?
