Video Format Not Support in Google Photos

Hello.

When I open a video in Google Photos (photos.google.com) I get the Video format not supported error. I am running Version 67.0.3377.0.

Any suggestions on how I can get videos to play is appreciated.

Are you using Chrome? Or is it Chromium?

DId it work before (using an older version of the same product)?
