Protocol selection in chromium source code.

Hi,

I am new to chromium project and I am exploring the source code. I am in need of below information,

#1. Source code location where the best suited protocol selection is being made (http 1.1 (or)  http2 (or) spdy)
#2. Source code handling the criteria as to when to layer http2 / spdy over quic.

I am interested in exploring the the best protocol selection implementation logic incorporated in chromium. I appreciate any inputs in this regard.
