CHECK failure for dcheck_aways_on Chrome OS builds

I'm seeing a CHECK failure in zygote_host_impl_linux for Chrome OS when compiled with DCHECK.  Is this a known issue?  This is occurring on ToT.

The log says it should be this line: https://cs.chromium.org/chromium/src/content/browser/zygote_host/zygote_host_impl_linux.cc?rcl=0&l=181
