FYI: interactive_ui_tests is now run on the CQ

This matches up with the try job. I'm going through and disabling all the tests that flake on the try jobs. If you see CQ jobs that fail because of this after today, disable the test (and file a bug against the original author).

Sounds good - this should weed out flaky tests more quickly. Tip: you can use http://chromium-build-logs.appspot.com/ to look up history of the test failures (to help confirm whether the failure is a flake).
