Select version of SDK for compiling

I need compile with SDK 10.0.14393.0 for an older version of Chromium (m61). But after I install the SDK 10.0.16299.0, the compiler will automatically use the newer version and I will run into a lot of errors when building m61. Is there any configuration parameter to specify which version of SDK to use during building?
