content_shell and views_examples_with_content_exe do not work only on Windows

Hi,

I have posted a question before about this issue. When running any of these targets on Windows, the content window will stay blank and static. It has been suggested to use --disable-gpu flag to work around this issue. Unfortunately, the issue is persists to happen even with that flag on.

Here are the warnings/errors that are normally emitted for content_shell.

Hi there,

Can anyone provide me some pointers on this. I would be glad to fix this myself, with some help of anyone with insight on this part of the code.
