Version: <27.0.1432.1 (Official Build 186672) canary
OS: <Windows 7>

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open <http://media.tojicode.com/q3bsp/>
2. Open game in full screen.
3. it will shows the message that "wesite.xxx.com has disabled your mouse
cursor"
4. mouse cursor is still visible even though it's disabled by website.

What is the expected output?
Mouse cursor should not be visible when it is disabled by website.

What do you see instead?
mouse cursor is still visible, please see attached video.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
this worked good last till last canary will provide bisect window soon.

Cannot reproduce; 45.0.2454.101 (Win7 and Ubuntu 14.04 tested).

If it still reproduces please comment on this bug.
