Under "Clear Browsing Data" I checked "Empty the Cache" and "Delete the

Can other people able to reproduce this run Chrome in a terminal
with "google-chrome
--enable-logging=stderr" and check the "Unknown error XXXX mapped to
net::ERR_FAILED"
bit as wtc asked in #103?
https://sg.megafonsib.ru/ opens fine with build 43702 on linux.
After update from dev. channel to build 5.0.370.0 (43799) Ubuntu, it's
fixed for me. Site is
marked as untrusted, but loads login page.

Help!
I get this after installing a stupid pro-internet explorer software called
UNIBLUE.
The problem still persists after I have uninstalled it.
Error 2 (net::ERR_FAILED): Unknown error. " I'm getting this error when
trying to
to start google chrome, whats the fix for this????
I get this error when browsing www.me.com. But I can access it if I switch
to incognito window.
I'm using Mac OS 10.6.4 with Chrome version 6.0.472.14
I used to have this problem when attempting to load certain Google domains,
such as code.google.com and translate.google.com.
A leftover rule in Little Snitch (a reverse firewall for outgoing traffic
from applications) was blocking clients1.google.com in Chrome and Chromium.
The rule was originally entered to block Google Suggest.
Apparently, Google Translate and Google Code can't load a page at all and
this error occurs if clients1.google.com is blocked.
The first suggestion by Google to check "Anti-Virus" software (for outgoing
firewall rules which stop outgoing connections) should have been helpful...
if I weren't troubleshooting a Mac installation, and didn't habitually stop
reading a section when I see the word "anti-virus".

works, but Gmail doesn't, and neither does code.google.com
I get the Error 2 (net::ERR_FAILED): Unknown error when attempting to my
organization's webmail. It only happens in Google Chrome on my
Chromebook. Doesn't occur on Chrome for Mac or my PC.
Chromebook. Doesn't occur on Chrome for Mac or my PC. Also PNC Virtual
Wallets has some serious rendering delays.
This is the solution : on chrome, options > under the Bonnet > clear
browsing data > Content Settings > All cookies and site data > Remove All
