Not sure why my google extension constantly gets rejected

Not sure why this is happening, could someone help me out?

I have read the policies and it is not against anything, well I don't think it is.

I've tried editing it every time, uploaded it about 7 times now and it has constantly been rejected.

If someone could help me out I'd appreciate it, thanks.

Maybe there is a copyrights issue with your APP are you using a celebrity name or something that is not owned by you ?
