App not showing in search, did previously

My extension (https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/start-clean-new-tab-page/oaaiopdkhehimlfmjjljfaaofohdpogd) is not showing in the web store search with any keywords I try, or even the full title. I submitted it 4 days ago, and it has 140 users.

It used to show in search but now it does not, it shows in a google search however. The promotional icons were approved. Is something up?
