PSA: Chrome apps "sandbox" pages will not load 3rd party web content

As of revision 441208, sandbox pages in Chrome apps will no longer load 3rd party web content.

This will roll out in Chrome 57. Using webview to load 3rd party web content is a more secure and recommended alternative.
