In-app purchase doesn't work any more

I found today the in-app purchase for my chrome app didn't work, the pop-up window said "In-App Payments is currently unavailable. The transaction could not be completed. Please try again later.", I waited for a couple of hours the problem didn't got to be solved. From the last success payment, I bet the problem started from 3 or 4 days ago. Can anyone explain what's the problem?

It's OK now, should google wallet was maintaining yesterday.
