chrome.webRequest API in packaged apps

Hi,

The packaged-apps docs make reference to the chrome.webRequest API

https://developer.chrome.com/apps/tags/webview#type-WebRequestEventInteface

but trying to install an app with the "webRequest" permission brings the error "'webRequest' is only allowed for extensions and legacy packaged apps, but this is a packaged app"

Any ideas?

This is a special version of the WebRequest API for <webview> only.

Thanks Fady, I could make use of the API through the webview.request object, no special permissions needed.
