Updates now get stuck in Pending Review

We have pushed updates to our extension for over a year without requiring a manual review. Now, since we moved the extension to our business group, every update gets stuck in review. Is there any way to get any information on why we have been getting stuck in review and potentially have this flag removed?

We don't use NPAPI components.
