"Publishing in Progress" for over 12 hours

I am trying to send an update to the Google Chrome web store for my extension (https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/forum-buddy/miohieghbedgldpicmaafnbnmcnbiohd) and I sent in the update early last night and it has still not been published. Usually it is only suppose to take 1 hour, why is it taking so long and when can I expect it to be published? I was hoping to get my update out last night, but now its well into the next day and no sign of any change.

it's been over 24 hours now, this is getting ridiculous "it usually takes 60 minutes" is what the message says.

Might be that there's also something else wrong in the mix, the stats are down again. Maybe the guys are already working on this, but they sure could say something in here. And again, we miss Joe!

I found a work-around, don't know if it's a glitch or what, I "Cancel and Edit" and the re-published the same version and it worked.

Having this issue again on this item (nnjaanimnmmfdcjfmiinknnlmhmgeopd). As soon as I posted here last time, it immediately got pushed through. Is there a manual process for approving updates?

I don't think the webstore developer console should tell publishers that updates will be published within 60 minutes if it is going take many times longer than that.  My extension is also "pending review".

Hello, is anyone experience problems on publishing items? I'm trying to publish a extension (ibdeognbghniiannaoigelhaomiebmmh) and it was taking too long in the middle of the day. Now I'm getting the error: "Something went wrong when we tried to publish. Google has been notified.".

I also tried to create a new app and publish it, but it's stuck on "Publishing in progress" for 2.5 hours.

Do anyone know if anything happened today that generated this kind of problem?

I happen to notice that if you keep the tab open and refresh it, it will *always* go to the same page that is: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/<appId>/publish-delayed <-- note the publish-delayed.

Try taking the '/publish-delayed' out of the URL.  Worked for me!

I fixed this by "cancel and edit", switching to the new dashboard (via the yellow alert at the top of the old dashboard page) and publishing from there. It worked instantly for me.
