HTML5 Geolocation API with kiosk mode

Hello,

1. We’re working on a potential project that involves GeoLocation/Geofencing requirements. 

2. We tested HTML5 Geolocation API on the Chromebox and it works great as a standalone app.

3. However, it doesnt work when device is on kiosk mode and I think it is because the setting is not set to allow tracking.

How can I set the location tracking via CDM?
