I would like to find out why my company's private extension is being denied.

A coworker resigned recently, but wasn't able to turn over ownership of the extension that he wrote for internal company use before he left. Since we have the source code, I made a very small change and attempted to publish it but under my own company email. Unfortunately, it was rejected. Given that there is no reason for the rejection, I do not know how to proceed and I have yet to receive feedback from Google with the form they provided here: https://support.google.com/chrome_webstore/contact/developer_support
