Updates for last 2 weeks (on Monday, May 22, 2017):

Web Components Performance Improvement
- Lots of measuring createElement performance. No changes though.

Authors have predictable experience in development
- Changing slotchange event behavior: https://github.com/whatwg/dom/issues/447

- Implementing Document constructor; crbug.com/238234
- Planning deprecation of style application from HTML Imports; crbug.com/523952
- Decided to stop working on HTML context menu.

Make Editing unblock LayoutNG
- Refactoring TextIterator; crbug.com/721957
- Refactoring LayoutSelection; crbug.com/708453

Editing performance
- Enabled performance test on bots; crbug.com/698661

Miscellaneous
- /deep/ (and ::shadow) is going to removed in M60
  A blocking issue: ChromeOS Login UI, which ChromeOS team is working to fix

- We roll libxslt like libxml now with a sane Python script and consistent patching. crrev.com/6f776b2a
