Summary
Returns the last configuration applied via setConfiguration, or if setConfiguration hasn't been called, the configuration the RTCPeerConnection was constructed with.
Motivation
Standards compliance, and for convenience to web application developers.
Interoperability and Compatibility Risk
This is essentially a simple "getter", so I don't see there being much risk.
Already shipped in Firefox.
Will this feature be supported on all six Blink platforms (Windows, Mac, Linux, Chrome OS, Android, and Android WebView)?
