New interpretation of CSS animation shorthand

Hello!

There seems to be a change in the interpretation of the CSS animation shorthand [animation: name duration timing-function delay iteration-count direction fill-mode play-state;]
so that in WebView 42 you can no longer pass a single zero 0 as the animation delay, instead the delay must be specified with a unit, e.g. 0s.
Is this intentional? (We have received at least one bug related to this https://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=478404 ).
